On Friday, Jan. 31, former West Ranch High School standout Jake Callahan’s current college team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Saint Martin’s Saints.

The game took place at CSUSM Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Saints this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 11 a.m. at CSUSM Baseball Field against Saint Martin’s Saints.
