On Wednesday, Feb. 19, former West Ranch High School standout Ben Cushnie’s current college team, the USC Trojans, won 7-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners.

The game took place at Dedeaux Field. This was their first matchup against the Roadrunners this season.

The Trojans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6:30 p.m. at Reckling Park against Rice Owls.
