The tale of Tony and Mirren

TONY

Today was the day. Tony shot out of bed, a nervous feeling washing over him as he began to contemplate his new job at Bells Service center in Steadfast, WA.

He had wished so hard for this job to pan out after being dumped by his last company. He was told he was to old, to stubborn and not the right fit for the Afline family, a family who hired a much more pleasant and much younger employee.

Pulling himself up and out of bed he readies for work. His mind racing through all the possible senerios of what might happen.

After a long commute he arrives at the Bells Service Center. He's greeted by the receptionist and shown down hall to the training room.

"Alright that's enough" says a portly gentleman who enters the room. "There will be zero tolerance for clowning around. Am I understood?"

Over the next several hours, Tony continues to deflate and withdrawal into himself as the trainer over corrects every mistake he makes. Scolds him for not learning fast enough and never praises him for his successes.

The day is over and Tony has mentally shut himself down. Hopes of having a strong and loyal bond with his new company fall apart.

The next morning Tony faces dread and fear. He has no choice but to go back to work, no choice but to face what he can't escape. Jobs are hard to get and bills have to be paid.

Over the weeks and months, Tony cowards to his boss doing everything to avoid termination, but he does nothing to go above and beyond. He grows angry and fearful with the world around him. Soon enough he lashes out and sets himself down a path where he can't comeback.

MIRREN

Today was the day. Mirren shot out of bed, a nervous feeling washing over her as she began to contemplate her new job at Hopewells in kantford, FL.

She had wished so hard for this job to pan out after being dumped by her last company. She was told she was to old, to stubborn and not the right fit for the Dell family, a family who hired a much more pleasant and much younger employee.

Pulling herself up and out of bed she readies for work. Her mind racing through all the possible senerios of what might happen.

After a long commute she arrives at the Hopewell Center. She's greeted by the receptionist and shown down hall to the training room.

"Welcome everyone! We're so excited to have you with us today." Says a portly gentleman who enters the room. "I'm so excited to see just how amazing you can become in this career. "

Over the next several hours, Mirren continues to be enthralled with her new venture. She's loving getting so much positive feedback and is already feeling fulfilled in her new roll.

The day is over and Mirren is grinning from ear to ear. She's already started making mental longterm goals and is excited about what the future holds.

Over the weeks and months, Mirren fall ever more enthusiastic with her position. She radiates happiness with the world around her. She set's herself down a path that many envy her for.

Does your pup see you as Tony's trainer or as Mirrens?
