A wind advisory has been issued now through Thursday. Strong winds lead to an increase in downed poles and trees. Remain alert, avoid driving over downed power lines and never approach them. Always contact the SCV Sheriff’s Station at 661-260-4000 if you see any downed trees or power lines.
