100 Degree Weather All Week Long

The forecast calls for 100 degree weather all week long. Stay in tune with your health and make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of cool water and limit outdoor activities. 

If you start to experience any symptoms of dizziness, confusion, or weakness, you may be suffering from heat exhaustion, or even worse, heat stroke. Call 9-1-1 immediately if you begin to feel sick. Stay cool Santa Clarita!
