The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate John Quaye Quartey II, Quartey for Congress, refunded $2,900 to Maj Moller on July 22, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Quartey for Congress has refunded $60,700 total since Feb. 1.
