William S. Hart Union High School District issued the following announcement on Oct. 7.
Hart District Teacher of the Year Jim Klipfel, who was also named the California State Teacher of the Year in 2021, gave an inspiring keynote speech at the LA County Teacher of the Year luncheon in September.
