On Sunday, March 16, former Canyon High School standout Madison Sanchez’s current college team, the Cal State Fullerton Titans, lost 14-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos.
The game took place at Anderson Family Field. This was their third matchup against the Gauchos this season.
The Titans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Anderson Family Field against Cal State Northridge Matadors.

Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
These former Northwest Los Angeles County area high school athletes will be active in competitions the week of Monday, Sept. 8.
