First week of YAL summer camp. Division 1 (5-9 years old) and Division 2 (10-14 years old) both had their league opening games. 45 kids and 20 parents in attendance.
The Youth Activity League (YAL) is for at risk youth, ages 7 to 17. The YAL provides activities and programs such as academic tutoring, computer labs, life skills, recreational activities/sports and youth development skills.

The foundation provides youth services for at risk youth in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. Services include recreational activities/sports, juvenile delinquency prevention, juvenile diversion, specialized information and referral for at risk youth and youth development. Services are restricted to the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County.
