On Monday, Feb. 3, former West Ranch High School standout Connor Harrison’s current college team, the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks, won 12-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Sonoma State Seawolves.
The game took place at Seawolf Diamond. This was their first matchup against the Seawolves this season.
The Nighthawks’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 11 a.m. at Seawolf Diamond against Sonoma State Seawolves.
In January 2025, Mecklenburg County Magistrate Teresa Stokes signed the release of DeCarlos Brown Jr., a repeat arrestee later accused of fatally stabbing Iryna Zarutska on Charlotte’s light-rail.
Mecklenburg County received $3.3 million from a Chicago-based political foundation after leaders agreed to “reduce the use of incarceration” for repeat criminals like DeCarlos Brown, Jr.
These former Northwest Los Angeles County area high school athletes will be active in competitions the week of Monday, Sept. 8.
