On Friday, March 14, former West Ranch High School standout Austin Puett’s current college team, the Long Beach State Beach, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Cal Poly Mustangs.

The game took place at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field. This was their first matchup against the Mustangs this season.

The Beach’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 6 p.m. at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field against Cal Poly Mustangs.
