Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station has concluded with active shooter training at Valencia High School. Thank you to LASD Tactics and Survival Unit, LASD Special Enforcement Bureau, LA County Fire, and AMR for assisting with training necessary to help deputies focus on tactics needed to quickly eliminate a threat and provide safety in any active shooter situation.
Thank you to Jersey Mikes for providing lunch, Starbucks for providing coffee, and Western Bagel for providing bagels for all participants and school administration. We appreciate your support. A special thank you to the William S. Hart Union High School District for allowing us to conduct training at the Valencia High School campus. SCV Station will continue to conduct similar trainings to help deputies remain prepared.
